Note: the 'w' is silent - this is pronounced 'o' (as with hiragana を).
In modern Japanese this form is very rarely used. It is sometimes used in proper names (e.g. オデヲン'), and is occasionally seen in situations where all characters are spelled out in katakana (e.g. in games). It can be found in katakana words to represent the 'wo' sound, although since it is actually pronounced 'o', it is more common to see 'ウォ'.
