means
(noun) or something
でも after a noun adds the meaning '~ or something'. It is usually followed by a question, which can use either a positive or negative form (with the same meaning).
もんだい
問題
でも
きた

Is something wrong?
ちょっと
じかん
時間
あるのでゲームでもしましょう
We have a little time, so would you like to play a game?
Note that this form can easily be confused with similar forms using でも. でも at the start of a sentence (i.e., without the preceding noun) usually means simply 'but ...'. でも followed by いい is similar to verb て form + もいいです  permission.
