or with regard to ~; insofar as ~; for each ~
With the first meaning, due to ~, につき is similar in meaning to によって:
With the second meaning, 'with regard to ~', につき is similar in meaning to 当たり:
In both cases, につき has a stiffer and more formal sound, and is only used in written or formal notifications.
Note that other terms beginning with つき written in kana, such as つきます (arrive), つきあう (go out with) etc can appear similar to this form.
