やがる
is used to express contempt for something or hatred for something / someone. It is a strong form, and should never be used in polite conversation. It is more frequently encountered in rough language in manga or movies, or possibly in highly emotional or confrontational speech.
It can sometimes be used in friendly banter, especially among close friends who are comfortable joking roughly with each other. In these cases, it’s often used with exaggerated tone or humor, like mock anger or play-fighting.
Be careful: It’s best not to experiment with this expression casually. Since tone and relationship matter greatly, even a playful use can easily be misunderstood and come across as rude or aggressive.

Note that this form is not to be confused with いやがる, which just means 'to dislike', and does not have the same vulgar connotations.
