する is one of the most common Japanese verbs. On its own it means 'do', and it combined with many nouns to turn them into verbs (known as 'suru verbs').
なさる is a form of する. It is used in respectful speech referring to the actions of someone older or more senior than yourself (such as a boss at work, or someone in authority).
