め is sometimes added to a word with a meaning along the lines of 'damned ~' or 'bloody ~' etc. This usage is somewhat vulgar, and somewhat humble / self-deprecating (in the same sort of way as
ぐさい
愚妻
). It is more common in some parts of Japan (such as Tohoku), but is not purely regional.
One common example is
うち
のガキめら - 'our damned kids'. Here うち is used to mean 'our household'; ガキ is a common term for a 'brat'. ら is a common pluralization (sometimes written 等).
