いたるところ means 'everywhere'. It can be used as a more literary alternative anywhere the adverb どこでも is used.
わたし
アメリカいたるところ
りょこう
旅行
してまわった

I traveled far and wide in America.
Plus, unlike どこでも, it can also be used as a noun. For example, it would be correct to say いたるところで, but that would not be possible with どこでも.
こうえん
公園
いたるところ
ことり
小鳥
さえずっている
In the park birds are singing all around.
どうしてこんなにいたるところペーパークリップある
わたし
りかい
理解
できなかった
Why paperclips kept showing up everywhere, I could not understand.
いたるところ can be written using kanji in various ways, including 至る所 and the somewhat less common 至る処, but the kana form is most common.
