いたるところ means 'everywhere'. It can be used as a more literary alternative anywhere the adverb どこでも is used.
Plus, unlike どこでも, it can also be used as a noun. For example, it would be correct to say いたるところで, but that would not be possible with どこでも.
いたるところ can be written using kanji in various ways, including 至る所 and the somewhat less common 至る処, but the kana form is most common.
