noun
+がてら
meansI'll take care of B while I do A; or I'll take care of A while I do B.
This form is used to describe carrying out two actions at the same time. Since I will do A, I might take the opportunity to do B too.
Noun + がてら is the most frequent form.
Verb stem + がてら is also possible, but it is much less common.
