means
with this ~; at this point ~; etc
これで is a useful set expression which combines これ (this) with the particle で (here used as a figurative marker of location or time span) to indicate that 'at this point' something happens.

今日
これで
わります

That's it for today.
In this example, これで indicates that the topic (today) is the point at which we will finish.
