The ざる negative form is an archaic form of the negative which survives today only in specific contexts.
The ざる negative is formed by taking the negative stem (the part before ない in the standard negative) and adding ざる (in other words, by replacing ない in the standard negative with ざる).
行く行かない行かざる
食べる食べない食べざる
The most common usage of the ざる negative is in the set phrase ざるを得ない, can't very well not do something - see the see also section for more details.
Note that くる and する are irregular - くる becomes こざる and する becomes せざる.
