verb て form
+ やる
expresses the idea of doing something for someone. Care should be taken when using てやる as in many contexts it is used to emphasize the fact that X is doing something for Y, conveying the sense that a favor is being carried out.てやる often coincides with hierarchical relationships. It would be offensive for a person to use てやる to express that they will do something for a superior.
It can generally be used without consequence between equals; where a relationship is close and regular interactions between speakers are already casual.
It is sometimes used to express very harsh actions, as can be seen in example sentence 4.
